With the rise in anti-Asian sentiment, Tuk Tuk Box is doing our part to reframe the narrative surrounding our Asian communities by Spreading Asian Joy. We're doing this through storytelling, supporting, and celebrating all of the accomplishments in the Asian American, and more specifically the Southeast Asian American community. We believe confronting the issues and calling on our friends to reframe "hate" can help dispel the myths surrounding our communities like we're all victims, tropes, or model minorities. We must end the negativity, as well as encourage and celebrate our joy as a means of resistance.

This beautiful design, created by our Lao American Founder Christy Innouvong and Hmong American artist Adora Vang, features one of our Tuk Tuk Box logos and the words "Spread Asian Joy™" in bold retro illustrated text. Each Fruit of the Loom tee is 100% cotton and pre-shrunk with a Spread Asian Joy™ graphic centered on the front of the shirt with a retro yellow smiley. Your shirt also comes with a beautifully designed Southeast Asian postcard and Spread Asian Joy™ sticker.
Proceeds from each shirt sold will be donated to My Sister's House, an organization in the Sacramento region serving Asian and Pacific Islander and other underserved women and children impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking by providing a culturally appropriate and responsive safe haven, job training, and community services. Their vision is to eliminate domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in our community. My Sister's House also hosts My Sister’s Café, a volunteer-based support program to help domestic violence survivors “get back on their feet” financially.
