Meet Artist Alicia Warner

Meet Artist Alicia Warner

June 10, 2021, Allison Barcelon

We recently had the pleasure of working with Alicia on special project for our Hot S.O.S. Box, and she helped make all of our map dreams come true!

About Alicia

Alicia is a photographer, filmmaker, illustrator and, more recently, fitness fanatic and big time foodie. As a Thai-Antiguan Londoner she considers herself incredibly fortunate to have called the UK, Thailand and the Maldives her home at different times in her life.

She believes that much of her creativity and world view stems from her global lifestyle; constantly curious and always believing that every single person on the planet has a story worth telling.

The bulk of her career saw her meeting and photographing some of the world's elite on a luxury resort in the Maldives, yet considers documenting the life stories of her international colleagues as some of the most magical moments.

Today, she's returned to her London home after 8 years away from it at the height of the pandemic. With some unexpected shifts in her career path, she's used this time to return to illustration - her childhood love and passion. Also lucky for her, her parents have also found their way home from 11 years in Singapore, reigniting a family bond over Thai noodle soups and Caribbean curries.
