1 part black rice
6 parts glutinous sweet rice
1.Soak both types of rice in a bowl of water together overnight.
2. Place in rice steamer basket. If you don’t have a rice basket, layer a bamboo or metal steamer with two layers of cheesecloth—enough to wrap around the rice and pull it out when it’s ready.
3. Steam over a simmering pot of hot water for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
4. Enjoy with your loved ones!
